Stow College
Provision of Cleaning Services
Through our bespoke contract monitoring process, Sercon manage the cleaning services of Stow College, which consists of 2 campuses spread across Glasgow.
Our bespoke system consists of establishing key performance criteria, in line with the Service Level Agreement, with achievable and measurable targets through disciplines of cleaning, environmental efficiency, window cleaning, waste management, etc.
These targets are monitored through monthly audits, with a trend analysis of performance, and discuss at our client meetings. Through this process, areas of potential improvement are identified and appropriate action taken. We work closely in partnership with our client in this, producing consistently high standards and sustainable performance.
Williamsburgh Housing Association
Provision of Close Cleaning and Window Cleaning Services
Working in partnership with Williamsburgh Housing Association, Sercon delivers close and window cleaning services to properties across the Paisley and Renfrew area, providing highly trained and conscientious operatives, who maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and sustainable performance.
Within this contract, we implemented a core team of mobile operatives who are trained in all aspects of the service delivery. On a daily basis, the operatives attend a schedule of closes to clean them to a high standard.
In conjunction with the client we have prioritised a schedule of cleaning which has been planned to best suit the needs and requirements of their tenants. The appropriate schedule is placed within each close; ensuring tenants are aware of the on-going activity and when their close is due to be cleaned.
Through this scheduling, each close is allocated timescales in which it will be cleaned, ensuring all closes are cleaned to the specification and in a timely manner, giving tenants a clean living environment.
