Sept 2011 – Shortlisted for two business awards – Excellence in Customer Service & Outstanding Performing Business > 25 Employees
Oct 2011 – Sercon wins Excellence in Customer Service Award at Ayrshire Business Awards 2011
Oct 2011 – Sercon launch NetHelpDesk – a bespoke ticketing customer service system designed to improve client and employee communication
Nov 2011 – Sercon wins contract with Edinburgh based housing association – Hanover (Scotland) Housing Association for office cleaning services
